The power behind The Power of Women Experience, Deb Watts was born in Lincoln and moved to Grantham at the age of eight.
After training as a Middle Years teacher at Brighton University, she worked in two schools in Worthing, first as a class teacher and PE co-ordinator and specialist before moving into management and ultimately becoming deputy head teacher.
A sports fanatic throughout, she’s taken part in cross country, athletics, netball and hockey – all at County level – and has also competed at National Schools level as a sprinter and hurdler.
Born in Newark but living with her partner in Castle Bytham for the last 10 years, Carol Killett has been taking time out from work recently but is now putting some of her interests and skills to good use through The Power of Women Experience.
Coming out of school with O Levels in Art, French and English and a CSE in Maths, after 10 years at British Sugar she worked in dog boarding kennels for a while before joining Newark MIND where she was responsible for admin, drop-in facilitation and running a women’s group.
Born in Stoke-on-Trent, Stacey Jones has been pursuing her career as a personal trainer since 2018 but her enthusiasm for fitness goes back further, to when she was very young.
A former competing kickboxer/boxer, she still takes part regularly in kickboxing classes and works as a trainer at a gym in Nottingham, where she’s lived since 2012.
Qualified as a Level 3 personal trainer, Stacey is now sharing her expertise through The Power of Women Experience.
